What are your delivery costs within Melbourne Metro area?

Why won't my shipping charge update?
Your shipping charge will be updated once you enter in your delivery postcode. You will also need to make sure you choose the correct destination location in the drop down box i.e – Melbourne Metro Area, interstate capital city etc… If you have any further questions please contact our admin via email [email protected] or by phone 1300 88 77 45.
What are your interstate shipping costs?
All interstate shipping will incur a charge of $14.50
How can I organise a custom order?
All Special Orders need to be ordered via email to [email protected] From here you will recieve an invoice for your order. We require you to pay a 50% deposit for any special orders with the balance due prior to delivery as indicated on the invoice.
What is your lead time for Wedding/Functions gifts?
To create the perfect wedding favor or function gift we need a little extra time. Wedding & Function orders will thus have a delivery date of 2-4 weeks from the date the order was placed.
Where is the best place to store my chocolate?
Chocolate is best stored at room temperature and kept in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight.
Are your chocolates gluten free?
Many of the chocolates sold on Boutique Chocolates and Hampers are Gluten Free these are marked with our gold logo
What is your cocoa content in your dark chocolate?
Our dark chocolate has a high cocoa content of 72%. Even with such a high cocoa content our dark chocolate is still smooth & satisfying.

Can you add alcohol to your hampers?
We are now pleased to offer you three options available for purchase in the checkout process.
What is your return policy?
Due to strict food handling regulations, we are unable to exchange products or accept returns unless there is a product fault. Should you have a concern with the quality of your chocolate, please contact us: [email protected] or call 1300 88 77 45.
Can I cancel my order?
Providing your order has not been shipped you are able to cancel your order for a full refund.
What are your gift certificate terms?
All Gift Certificates have a 12month expiry date. Our Gift certificates can be used multiple times until the nominated amount has been used. Gift Certificates can not be exchanged for cash.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders may be canceled by 4.30pm the day prior to delivery for a full refund.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to destinations outside of Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive after payment
Orders will be dispatched within 1 day of payment. Depending on delivery location your order should arrive within 1-3 days. During peak times (mainly Easter and Christmas) this will vary. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and 3-5 days for delivery
What happens if I provide the wrong address?
Your order will be returned to our store and a delivery fee of $14.50 will be charged to re deliver to the correct address.
What courier company do you use?
Depending on the location of yo0ur order we use Australia Post, Sendle or we hand deliver ourselves.
What happens If my parcel doesn't arrive on the date I selected?
If your order hasn’t arrived on your preferred delivery date please contact us to look into it. Chances are it’s not far away. We do our best to get your order delivered on time.
